How we handle your personal information.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Who we are
This website belongs to Καλιτσουνιάς (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Legal business name, registered address and tax number (ΑΦΜ).
Email: hello@example.com
What we collect
When you send us a message, an order enquiry, a wholesale enquiry or a catering enquiry, you give us what you type in the form: your name, your email address or phone number, the shop you choose and the details of your request.
The forms on this website do not send your information to a server. They open your own email app with your message ready to send, so we receive it only when you send that email.
We save your language choice in your browser so the site opens in the right language. It stays on your device. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, for security and technical reasons.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your message, to handle your order or enquiry and, where the law requires it, to keep our records.
Why we are allowed to
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we handle your information because you ask us to answer a question or prepare an order, because we have a legitimate interest in running our business and replying to enquiries, and where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run the business, such as our email provider and our website hosting provider. Links to Google Maps open Google’s website, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for [number] months after your request is finished, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to give it to you in a portable format, or to stop using it. To do any of these, write to us at the email address above.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr
